This bill refers
to the sunset of licensing boards.
HADA opposed automatic sunset of licensing boards
upon the auditor’s recommendation. The
Association had worked for years to reestablish
the franchise protection portion of HRS 437,
and the authority for such is the motor vehicle
licensing board.
